I intend to used 3% Oxalic Acid [affil. link to info/product at Rockler] and inhibitor to soak the boiler (small boiler) for 6 hours. Oxalic acid seems not much applied in Boiler cleaning, So I wonder is it OK. The reason of oxalic selection is its capability to de-rust
